Finance Business Partner - Housing

The Role

This role is predominantly home based, with occasional requirements to attend face to face meetings at our office locations.

You will provide the organisation with timely and accurate housing financial analysis and forecasts. Specifically, show that service charges are set to ensure competitiveness and revenue maximisation, and that rents are set in line with legislation and regulations. Further to this, you will ensure income and expenditure is treated consistently across the whole of Retirement Living, that key variances and risks to budget are identified and escalated as necessary.  Finally, you will make sure short, medium and long-term forecasts are constantly updated for all Supported Houses, Independent Living and Leasehold schemes.

About You

Naturally you must have significant relevant experience in a leadership role of a Finance team, with a solid understanding of Accounting principles.  Equally, you'll be highly proficient with advanced excel skills, and strong using Outlook and Word.  

Very strong numerically, you'll be highly skilled in analysing data to identify trends, risk and opportunities to senior operational budget holders.  But you'll also promote a customer service focus amongst colleagues, and be able to lead and get the best out of others, as well as coordinating workload between individuals.

Finally, as a senior Finance professional you must be a strong collaborator, with proven ability to influence at senior levels of the organisation.
